“Planet A* – Actions for Biodiversity” shows what makes biodiversity so unique, why we need it, what factors endanger it – and what each individual can do to stop the loss of species.

“Planet A*” is aimed primarily at young people. It explains the most important facts about species extinction in a concise, striking and interactive way, presents research and possible solutions and uses many participatory elements to encourage reflection and discussion. Read more …

“Planet A*” is a traveling exhibition and can be seen at the Heidelberg Zoo from 26 May 2025 to 26 April 2026.

April to September: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
March and Oktober: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
November to February: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
