Data jungle: The FEdA Research Data Atlas provides an overview of the data sets compiled in the FEdA projects.

Research Data Atlas

In the Research Data Atlas, we bundle the research datasets on biodiversity that have been compiled as part of the Initiative. This allows the data to be found and reused via a central platform.

In the Research Data Atlas you will find structured information on datasets from over 40 FEdA projects – from field, laboratory and monitoring data to social science surveys and interviews. The associated metadata is provided in DataCite format and enables a standardized, transparent description of the datasets.

These datasets cover a wide range of topics and methods, including surveys on biodiversity in urban and rural areas, ecotoxicological studies, eDNA analyses, citizen science data, interview transcripts, survey data and ecological and socio-economic contextual information.

Using the filter function, the listed entries can be filtered according to projects, funding guidelines, availability or thematic focus. Sorting by title, first author or project is also possible. We apologize that we cannot offer the filter function names in English at the moment.
